Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at coshzzy@163.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Cancellation After Dispatch:
Unfortunately, due to international logistics constraints, we are unable to cancel orders that have already been dispatched.

For cancellation requests, please contact us via email rather than social private chat. Thank you for your understanding.

The following reasons are COVERED by our Return/Exchange Policy. (Within 30 days of receipt)

  1. It arrived wrong item/color.
  2. It arrived damaged or in defective quality.
  3. If we make it in the wrong size.
  4. It arrived with missing parts.
  5. Packages were get lost in transit after being confirmed with the shipping company.

The following reasons are NOT covered by our Return/Exchange Policy. 

  1. Special sale items(lucky bag), Clearance items(Final Sale), and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
  2. Products were made in the wrong size due to customers providing the wrong sizes.
  3. Worn, used, stained, trimmed wigs, altered items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  4. Products were destroyed or returned due to failure to sign for receipt in time.
  5. Outside of 30 days of receipt.

Below are the detailed instructions on HOW TO PROCESS a return or exchange.

  1. First of all, please contact our after-sale service via email or submit a request here, we will check the issues and confirm the return details for you. Otherwise, we do not accept the return without the consent of the customer service.
  2. Please send the related evidence to confirm the problem, so we can claim it for you.
  3. Buyers are responsible for returning the items in their original conditions within 2 weeks of delivery of items at the seller’s expense through registered mails with the online delivery tracking number.
  4. The refunds will be returned back to you in 3 business days after we receive the item in good condition.

IMPORTANT:

  1. Please allow 1-2 inches differes for the obove size chart and allow 1-3 inches differes for the customize size due to manual measurement, thanks ((1inch=2.54cm, 1cm=0.39inch)
  2. Our standard size chart is close to the US Size and its finished costume size. We suggest taking our size chart as a guideline before you choose the size.
  3. If you don't know how to choose the size, we suggest you have someone else help you to take your measurements, and then choose our custom size.
  4. As different computers display colors differently, the color of the actual item may vary slightly from the above images, thanks for your understanding.
